Campaigns
Send email and SMS campaigns to your customers, and run Meta ads.
Sidebar → Campaigns
Campaigns require the Growth plan or higher. Managers can view campaigns but not create or send them.
Send an email campaign
- 1Go to Campaigns → Email Campaigns and click "New Campaign".
- 2Fill in the email details: subject line, preview text, from name, and from email. Give the campaign a name.
- 3Choose a template and fill in its content — header, body, CTA text and link, or voucher details.
- 4Under "Send to", choose All customers, A customer group, or Custom selection.
- 5Click "Launch campaign" to send now — or turn on "Schedule for later", set the date and time, and click "Schedule campaign".
Open a sent campaign's report to see open, click, bounce, and unsubscribe rates.
Send an SMS campaign
SMS uses credits. Top up under Settings → Billing → SMS.
- 1Go to Campaigns → SMS Campaigns and click "New Campaign".
- 2Name the campaign and choose who to send to: All customers or A customer group.
- 3Enter a "Sender ID" (up to 11 letters or numbers) and write the message. Insert Customer name or Store name to personalise it.
- 4Check the credits needed at the bottom.
- 5Click "Send Campaign".
Scheduled SMS campaigns don't send by themselves — open the campaign and click "Send now" when it's time.
Edit, send, or delete campaigns
- 1Use a campaign's row menu for "Edit details", "View report", or "Delete".
- 2To send several email drafts at once, select them and click "Publish".
Run a Meta ad
- 1Go to Campaigns → Ads Channel and click "Connect Meta". Enter your System User Access Token and Ad Account ID (and optionally your Facebook Page ID), then click "Connect account".
- 2Click "Create Ad".
- 3Enter the ad name, platform, and objective.
- 4Write the creative: headline (up to 40 characters), primary text, call-to-action, destination URL, and image URL.
- 5Set the audience: age, gender, locations (required), and interests.
- 6Set the budget (daily or lifetime), amount in RM, and start date.
- 7Click "Publish Now", "Schedule Ad", or "Save as Draft".
Use "Sync performance" from the ad's menu to pull the latest results from Meta.
